MOTTO
Do you know how to Get Grounded?

PROBLEM
Have you ever felt like you were going to cry or scream or yell because there was too much noise or stuff going on? (That’s called over stimulation!)

SOLUTION
We can let go of that “AHHH!” feeling by Getting Grounded, touching the ground, hugging a tree, or breathing out and down our feet!

Can you show me how you could Get Grounded? (Do together if child wishes.)

IMAGINE USING LIFE READY TOOL
What does it feel like to Get Grounded?

FEEL AFTER
How do you feel now?
